We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Senior Business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features including analysis and execution of our large-scale foreign projects and client segments— from project inception to completion. The incumbent must have strong analytical skills and cognitive ability and the ability to identify and solve business problems. He/ She must also have strong active listening skills along with great verbal communication skills and patience to deal with clients and development teams in identifying and solving critical business problems and identifying key areas for growth. We are looking for such a qualified team player who can help us fulfil the role.

Skill Requirements

Ø A Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Solution Designer.

Ø In-depth knowledge, skills, and experience in documenting business processes of varied business domains, requirements, UML design, and its guidelines and best practices.

Ø Experience in creating BRD, SRS, and technical documentation for multi-module large software development projects.

Ø Must have a strong technical background in the software industry or experience working on large-scale software projects.

Ø Deep understanding of CMS, ERP, Web & Mobile technologies & Solutions, ETL tools, and their business models.

Ø Strong communication skills with excellent fluency in English is a must.

Ø Strong IELTS or GRE results are a plus point.

Ø Experience working on large foreign projects and dealing with foreign clientele is an added advantage.

Ø Excellent planning skills and expertise in handling multitasking, with an autonomous, assertive, and proactive personality.

Ø Excellent in dealing with clients and working with Senior Management and the development team.

Ø Be willing to work in an agile environment and be adaptable to change.

Job Responsibility

Ø Accompany the clients in the full delivery cycle from requirements gathering, SRS Preparation, solution design, software development and testing to go-live.

Ø Document business processes and requirements and create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems.

Ø Gather requirements with technical teams and clients and identify business processes and map them properly with existing solutions and propose feasible solutions for the business.

Ø Play the role of a Product Owner for the client when required.

Ø Follow-up and monitor the development are aligned with the requirements.

Ø Take responsibility and accountability for keeping all the project documentation up-to- date.

Ø Support in UAT activities.

Ø Take part in operations and customer support as required.

Ø Play the role of bridge between the client and the development team.

Ø Support the sales team during pre-sales, project proposal writing and presentations.

Ø Help guide customers on how to use our applications and services efficiently through walkthroughs.

Ø Deliver functional training sessions if required by the customer.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc./M.Sc. in CS/CSE/SE/CSSE or IT from any reputed university/Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

BBA/MBA/English graduates with experience in technology companies in BA capacity are also encouraged to apply.
